Rooms are ok & wash room is good. Restaurant & foods are also good. But the reception staffs are very non cooperative. we were 3 people (2 adults & 1 kid) but they provided us 2 separated single bed where no space was available for a kid. I observed that many rooms were vacent & they could have upgrade us. I requested so many times for a single king sized bed but they (specially two ladies) were very rigid, they politely denied. i didn't have any other option. I didn't complain this unless my baby got fallen from the bed.

Yes , the staffs are fine ,kneat and clean,one tea table and two chair should be there, overall very nice hotel and in a nice locality, I wish their prosperity

It was a very pleasant stay. Staffs were very polite and friendly. Rooms were very good as it is shown in the pictures with clean bathroom. Foods were little expensive. Overall a very good stay if you want luxury and comfy room. Recommended

stay was good and comfortable. amenities were equally good. front desk person can be trained more to be more helpful to the guests particularly like me who came from south india. food is not so impressive but cost is worrisome. but no wrong is recommending to others
