pleasant staff. wifi was available but was not working. the tv was smart but since the wifi was not working it was almost useless. filtered water was available. the room and washroom was neat. ac was working fine. was provided with a toothbrush and paste, but to be useful it should be equivalent to the number of guest, that is two. two glasses were available. the intercom was not working. hot water was available. there was a balcony available. there was no chair but it was provided with a flat b ...more

dirty smell in the room, and same at toilet, unwashed bedspread and cover, dirty towels, pictures shows spacious room, but very very small room, not satisfied, will not suggest to stay

It's not worth it as per the amount paid, room not cleaning, bathroom smelling, mosquitos, AC fixed on wrong side, side table hit the head, small size of bed, NO Hot water, Wifi not working, TV is on WiFi...... Overall we struggled. Breakfast was horrible, not clean, not tasty, served on paper...... You visit once and stay here then keep it on your website.

1/5 - Disappointing Stay, Not Worth the Price* I recently stayed at Rio rooms, near medical College Calicut and was thoroughly disappointed. Despite the price, the room was cramped and lacked basic amenities. Room premises are not clean also disgusting smell in the area. Rooms are of 3.5 rating. Floor and floor mats were not clean.

I had the worst experience where me and my friends were travelling and got late due to new year’s eve. We reached around 1pm and the hotelStaff is like they have already closed the booking and there are no rooms available. After fighting with them for sometime they agreed to give a non ac room where i have paid for a ac room and its not refundable.
