प्रोफेशनल पॉलीटनेस हंब्लनेस may be इनके प्रोफेशन में है ही नहीं या इनको आता ही नहीं है

Cheating done by hotel. I booked and paid for Executive suite room but they gave me simple deluxe small room which was of half rate . I quarreled with them they said please consider. So please think before booking.
