not having basic amneties like hot water, tea or coffee making option
no breakfast, no room service
for this amount better hotels are nearby...

plesant stay at hotel.
The check-in process was smooth, and Mr. Manju was friendly and accommodating.
My room was clean and comfortable .
The housekeeping staff did a good job.
I appreciate efforts in making my stay relaxed.
