Hotel located at prime location and Romania clean, however very poor room service snd reception, nobody responding for any call . Please consider before booking this hotel due to staff attitude

Pros:
1. Located at the center of the city.
2. Big hotel with lot of rooms.
Cons:
1. Standard room and it's bed is very small to accommodate two person.
2. No in house restaurant. Food to be ordered from outside.
3. Staff were not prompt on any request.

Receptionist were polite and humble. Room was good and overall a nice stay.
Rest room cleaning can be done still better.

Royal sathyam is very good hotel to stay near to the markets.reception people and even Gm is also so kind..rooms are neat and clean
