hotel staff was not supportive,
no hot water for bath, bed sheet n blankets were not cleaned
no lift facility for 2nd n 3rd floor
bad smell in premises
no staff or any representative was available while checkout.
we have carry our own bags from 3rd floor while check out

RMA international hotel Bhinmal is the best hotel .. staff is friendly specially Dinesh and Dashrath And hygiene food .. 5 Star

Good Hotel Near Railway and bus stop Food are also Very Good . Tv not in all rooms But over all very Good Stay
