charges extra, wanted to change but money is not refundable, itโs very horrible, no hot water, no towels. bathroom is not clean

except for the accommodation, room big n neat, clean hotel, none of the facilities were good, or i would say facilities were nil. no hot water, no toothbrushes, no paste, kettle was there but no coffee/ tea, sugar, milk powder packets, late breakfast, no lunch. they can charge extra amount and provide above facilities as a standard procedure. last year too i stayed in this hotel and pointed out these, but they have not improved. quite disappointing. i shall hence forth not opt for this hotel.

The hotel rooms. are good and don't trust their restaurant nothing is there in name of the restaurant and even the tea and coffee they r bringing from outside

I have to say it is really an excellent and pleasant experience. the reception staff are very responsive and attentive towards guests. the rooms are neat and clean. people must checkout this awesome hotel for their stay to have great experience.
