We had booked non AC rooms but it is not up to mark fans are not working, we had upgraded to AC rooms but they have changed double from us, not worth, many Ac rooms were ac are not working. Totally were disappointed.

1. all snaps given about the pathetic conditions here ( torn mattress + no doormat + dirty mirror + broken handle in wardrobe + *no internet/wifi inside room no206* + dg starts pretty late after power is gone + no housekeeping staff came to clean our room (no.206 - double deluxe ac room) within these 2n/3d stay + no binbag given in the trash bin, was pretty dirty too....

i received a room in ground floor and the rooms had some smell as the rooms dint have proper air circulation. and the bed is very bad for a person to sleep for sure anyone can get body pain as they have spring mattress system

there was a lizard in our room. so staff shifted us to another room after asking twice. the hotel is poorly maintained and staff is very laid back. the rooms are very basic. we did not like our stay at rns highway hotel at all.

chairs should be provided in each room, along with two glasses for drinking water per room. the overall cost should align with the quality of service. a positive aspect is that they arrange an auto rickshaw upon request from the auto stand and offer early check-in.

i recently stayed at this hostel and had a very disappointing experience. the room was old and smelled bad, with visible seepage on the walls. cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as the bedsheets were dirty and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. the toilets were unhygienic, adding to the overall unpleasant stay. i would strongly recommend looking for a better option as this hostel does not meet basic standards for comfort and cleanliness.
