Good location. Great staff. But the maintenance of the place is not that good. Everything a little bit old.. No food there but make it delivered. Over all, good experience.

Very good location if you like staying a little away (1km only) from city.
Owner (Mr Sam) is very friendly and ensures that you have a good stay.
Staff is also very helpful.
They have a small trek, very nice idea, a play area, and unique trees around.

Very very pathetic, dirty rooms, uncleaned cloths, pillows, toilets. Water heater is only in one room & the other toilet is open. beds are old and not smooth. I only give 1

Booked both their Log Cabin family Rooms for 4 Adults and 2 kids for 2 days however other than the ambiance everything else was pathetic toilet being the worst. Considering they market the facility as a resort of sorts even a cup of Tea or Coffee has to be ordered in from the town Restaurant they have a tie up with. And the Menu much to be desired. The 2 resident persons in charge were very obliging but with significant limitations having to cater to all their guests.

Good location nearby market area. Cottage is covered with greeneries around and parking available. Person at Reception was kind and supportive. Room was clean and spacious. In one word, worth for money.

best place to stay which is not much recognised, the caretaker was really helpful and brought all we need. cheaper price with clean rooms.

booked the log cabin, which was worth the money. it is a 4 bed with attached balcony view of the hills.
pros- quite ambience, nature friendly, awesome view, hardly 2km from gudalur, feels like staying admist forest
cons- no inverter backup for fans, no joint restaurant (but good ones are available within 2 kms) , no complimentary toiletries.
apart from these the stay was extremely comfortable with kind and friendly supporting staff.
