it's a decent stay, the owner pramod is very friendly and follows up on the day of checkout and guides to the stay,the stay was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of beach and sunset. but it has some disadvantage there is no one to pick up the luggage, we had to carry it ourselves, warm water is very limited, the stay doesn't have a restaurant, but rest assured i recommend this if you looking for a stop over and enjoy a lovely view of the beach and sunset seated inside the room

never book this property .. we were given a room inside their home ..right from morning Pooja evening Pooja to mixer and cooker sounds everything was audible ..you can't have a peaceful sleep ..on top of it no hot water in the morning to take bath ..
