Excellent ambience, good interiors, awesome lobby, loved the black streaked floor marble. Good food and service. Aerocity location is great for business travellers

Worst experience of my life, They are cheaters, never never visit this hotel,
Staff beheaviour was so bad, he forces us to chekout at 12.30 mid night, they never showing proper chekout times on same day bookings, and just looting the money from customers, never never visit this hotel..
Room quality was so poor, third grade food, third grade staff beheaviour, won't recommend, to anyone

Staff are very polite and helpful , good hygiene level, but room seems to be small even after they upgraded to Club Room. Also they don't provide complimentary drink (2pint of beer) as it's mentioned while making reservation.

I have not book twin bed but I received twin bed and I requested them not to give me twin bed as I didn't book but still they denied me they said only twin bed available, which I didn't book

I had heard a lot of good things about Roseate Aerocity, but after my stay, I can confidently say that all the positive reviews aren't true. While the housekeeping service was quick and efficient, everything else was disappointing. The staff was not cooperative at all and spoke very rudely, which was very unprofessional.
