Impressive: Hotel is good, it is bug property on hill station which is well maintained. Staff is polite. If you ask for anything, the service is prompt and satisfactory. Though daily room cleaning doesn't happen unless you ask for it. Food is great. Though variety is very less in breakfast buffet. We had breakfast and Dinner on all 3 days and all items were tasty. Overall the property was fine but the staff was very rude and non-cooperative , front desk reception manager mr bhavdeep was disrespectful to the guest which is effecting the initial experience , we booked classic room he gave us the same by saying that we upgraded it to delux even though we insisted that we dont want any upgrade(we surveyed the classic room as well they were same) , drainage view at balcony which ruined our trip. We checked in at 5 pm due to this , route to the hotel is also very risky not safe for family as it is on very steep height.
