excellent stay..comfortable and cozy room with all basic amenities. neat and clean.food is also very tasty but it can be little cheap.

i have booked a deluxe ac room.
but i have not included my children.
hotel taken rs-200 extra rupees for children.
hotel staff told me which room you have booked this room for only 2 persons,no children will allow for this room.
thatswhy they forced for 200 rs extra
i will not refer anyone from my huge friend surcel for this hotel.

Pros : Excellent Location right in the heart of Sonajhuri Haat. The Baul Performance in the evening just outside the Resort is a mesmerising and memorable experience. Good View of Ram Shyam Resort Pool and Garden from 1st floor Rooms. TV, Geyser working good.
Cons : Food is the Worst. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner is Terrible, Too expensive and not worth it.
The room and washroom quality is terrible. Checkout time at 11 am is enforced very very very Strictly and failure to comply will be met with misbehaviour and misdemeanour by the Hotel Staff. Insufficient Car parking space.

Very good hotel. Clean and tidy room. Right in the middle of Sonajhuri Haat. The staff is very friendly and the food is also very good.

the environment of the hotel is very good the rooms are clean but the switch board and the tv was not ok and the bed quality should be improved . foods are very tasty and reasonable the staffs are also very good . so its my request please improve the bed quality and improve the switch boards .

we booked three rooms for 21st to 23rd november, 2024. this property is not at all properly maintained. photos are from the time when it was first opened. there are large patches which appear due to humidity and dirts, with growth of fungus - all over the ceiling, walls and the toilet. the electric cord of the geyser was open, without any proper insulation, and thus it was a risk for electrocution. the dormitory for the drivers is very shabby, warm and humid. we had two drivers who eventually co ...more
