We booked the hotel for 3 days and the room they allocated had a ceiling issues can be seen from the images..staff doesn't change the bedsheets or clean room until you ask for it.Also there was a complementary late check-out or 3hrs provided in the voucher which they haven't considered and rejected the request.overall it's average

Good location, good parking & easy to commute. The reception staff is not so cordial & well aware of the bookings so need to request the manager to pitch in.

- Good Hotel - located in prime area - offers breakfast option - cafe is closed for now. - Hence allows outside food - Everything available easily in the area - It is besides McDonalds, Williams Pizza and near to famous Topaz Restaurant It was an short official visit. location gives access to everything and every corner of the city very easily.

Not Value for Money . Not recommended. I won't recommend this hotel, it has a nice roof garden but is too expensive. The room was not good , water was coming out from the bathroom. I asked for a room change but they denied that the rest of the rooms were empty and still denied. Waste of money.
