The room was clean but the room key had to be activated daily and we were not informed. Whenever we could not open the door we had to reach the reception from the 5th floor and we were informed that there was an issue with the key. On the last day of our stay we were informed about the activation from the housekeeping boy. The staff are well mannered but forgetful so have to remind multiple times for fresh towels, food ,water bottles and other toiletries...
