2 kms away from main road...worst connecting road...lots of insects and rats inside mud house...poor food and drinking water quality..no playground for outdoor activities..still undergoing construction activities

Big property but poorly maintained. Dead insects, dead frogs were floating in the pool. Even after informing management, multiple times still no resolution. We found multiple blanket worms inside room, but thanks to manager for providing us good room.The bedsheets were dirty and stinking blankets were provided.Not at all recommendable to anyone.I would say property is good but full of mismanagement.Poor management, Non hygienic rooms and beds, dead frogs insects in pool.

Overall all experience was Good. Go for Delux rooms. Bit far from Baihar Road, Doesn't matter if u have Ur own Vehicle).Pool water is not clean,Stay away. Some activity comes with a certain price tag.(pool table,Bone fire). Food is costly. Go for dhabas in Baihar.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is definitely must visit place. Resort Owner/Manager Mr. Navneet Singh is very helpful, careful, responsible and Ground to earth person. In-fact he himself plan a night safari to local forest area for curious and nature lovers if required and assists in planning for site seeing of near by areas. Rooms were average.. there was seepage in the room.. room was stinking.. there was some bad smell.. food was not at all good.. not worth the price.. only service was good.. I won't recommend..
