On the first day, I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and on the second day, I booked it through your portal, Goibibo. I am totally satisfied and happy with my stay at this hotel. It offers a comfortable and stylish experience with top-notch service. The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel to stay in Kasol. All facilities and amenities provided especially hot/cold air-conditioned rooms. The rooms are neat and clean & we had an excellent view from our balcony. I appreciate the hotel staff who were warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was good except they dont have power backup from 12midnight till 6am morning. We could not sleep whole night and my kid was not feeling well after being awke for whole night.

it was worst experience ever at any hotel like royal castle , there was bedbugs and whole night couldn't sleep, poor service .whole night power was off and no back up till 6 am , no calling on reception and any responsible staff in night , we will rate zero or minus to this hotel property.

2 star property listed as 4 star and charging accordingly. only good thing is the location. Rooms are very average and small, similar to much cheaper hotels. Furniture is old and dampy. My room has balcony but it has electric transformer right front of me spoiling all view. No idea how they managed to get listed as 4 star and fooling customers. Please avoid this property.

STAFF IS VERY HUMBLE AND COOPERATIVE. SERVICE IS FAST AND GOOD. RESTAURANT AND BAR IS ONE OF BEST IN KASOL. BUT FREQUENT POWER CUTS WITH LIMITED TIME BACKUP MADE OUR FIRST DAY HORRIBLE. COULDN'T SLEEP WHOLE NIGHT DUE TO POWER CUT, MORNING 6 BACK UP STARTED. THIS IS COMMON PROBLEM IN KASOL CURING RAINY SEASON.
