Worst front desk reponse ... when u check inn they are rude and agrogant.... when we check out also they wont even try to ask anything but when we go near gate they come n ask loudly is ur bill paid.. they dont even have basic sense to check properly and talk ..

I booked chief ac big room...they given normal room and ver bads mell while entering in to the rooms. hopeless rooms and they r telling to vacate 12pm not evern 1 hour grace period as I have checked in at 12am.i feel they are providing hopeless rooms of we book

Bathroom was not clean and toilet 🚽 commode was dirty and it was slippery and old. . Bathroom tap and shower 🚿 both were slow flowing and looks like not maintained properly. Room was ok

The hotel is close to main road and easily approachable. There is petrol bunk, breakfast center and railway station nearby. One can also avail in house restaurant food. Service was good, room cleanliness can be improved. There was no bedlight in the room.

Bathrooms were untidy and unclean. Not upto 3 star standards.
Unconfortable with outdated spring mattress.
Outside room was garbage collection area and it used to smell heavily.
People drink and fight over night and no proper security to attend that.
Rooms overused by mass bookings part of convention hall functions.
Food is not worthy of money and it lack taste.
Amenities are nether exist nor worthy

The location is very convenient. The architecture is marvelous. However, the room was infested with cockroaches and my repeated complaints did not yield the desired result.
