People are not available to help with luggage.
A kettle was not provided to heat the water.
No proper guidance for car parking.

first of all , the hotel is not in mandi, change the address first , its 23 km from mandi and that too inside with zig zag road, also there was no hot water kettles, staff was not cooperative with the initial talk , he said cancel our booking but later on he simply ignored and denied cancellation
