the hotel location as well as amenities was nice... the room size is small but ok for single travelers. the washroom was clean.

We selected 3 rooms for 6 adults but goobibo took only 2 rooms for 6 adults booking. That creates problem in our stay.
Also we are extra charged for extra matress 400/- per matress.
Please initiate full refund as it was really pathetic stay for us.
Bad experience.

This is best hotel to stay in bikanair, Everything is near like station, market.
