I have already raised my issue about the hotel and I checked out immediately in an hour due to many problems in hotel. but still my issue of refund is not resolved. pls resolve it immediately

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. food was delicious

The Hotel Royal Inn Rooms were not clean at all also Bedsheet and pillow covers were not clean.There were lots of Mosquito in the room.Water supply was not proper in Washroom as well as no hot water was available. Even tea bags and kettle was available in the room.I am Not satisfied with the Hotel stay at all
