such worst experience ever. room not cleaning properly, paint patches are drop from ceiling at any time, tv not provided in a room, toilet and bathroom are not cleaned properly mud accumulated at corners in bathroom, plumbing points are in loose conditions, main door lock are not properly working safety issues regarding this......such a worst experience ever

very bad experience.Room was not clean, bath towels with stains.fan and A.C. full of dust.fan regulator is not working. intercom in the room was not working. bath room door was very dirty like public toilet door. also not not closing.bulbs were fused.window slide had gap so not closing properly due to which mosquitoes were in.aftet all its not worth what we paid.
staff were friendly.

Rooms are good according to price. Washrooms for Non AC room are old type, Hot water tap was very slow. Overall.. just for a stay in at low budget, it is okay.
AC rooms are bit better.
Spacious rooms. No disturbance from the surroundings. Peaceful 1 day stay.

Old Mumbai Pune Highway on this one of the best place to stay for guests and the other is a great place for the Holidays near the Lonavala.
Staff is very nice and helpful and friendly service.

It was one of the worst experience i ever had. the services wasnt upto mark.
I was disappointed to see the services.
And there wasnt one problem, there were many.
1. Taps were broken
2. Flush was leaking heavily
3. Bathroom door lock was not working
4. No shampoo
5. No body lotion
6. Only sad bar was provided
7. No free drinking water
8. TV remote not working
9. Room was not clean appropriately, Dust everywhere
10. Drawers were hard to open and close
11. Phone was not working, So had to go to reception for everything
12. Water supply wasnt proper. Highly disappointed.
