air conditioner was not offered, which was part of the booking but owner told that air conditioner is not in the offered amenities. fan was not working adequately, we asked room change then owner started arguing he was not attending us nicely.

You had 2 rooms options while booking ac or non ac.. when you are paying for non ac how can we give you ac room.

Room given without AC , and additional charred for AC rs 200 . No towel in room , no soap, , noting provide in room. pigeon nest IN Balcony with two small babby. overall not good experience.
