morning at 6:00 o clock power is cut, and no AC and fan running after 1 hour supply the power back up than start the fan and ac, that's why I am not happy. very upset. room service is not good.

The good part was the staff behaviour and food quality. On the flipside, they don't provide filter/RO water for drinking, and guests have to purchase bottled water, both in room and the restaurant. The elevator was out of order for the entire duration of our 2 nights-3days stay. I was traveling with two senior citizens aged around 70 years, and all the rooms in the hotel were on the 3rd and 4th floors and restaurant on the 5th.
