    I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Shimoga city. The check-in process was seamless, and the support team was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. However, I did find the dinner options somewhat limited, and breakfast was just average—crowded with not many choices available. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend it for its comfort and service.

    Hotel is perfectly placed short walk to shopping malls and Easy to access the airport. I can give 5 starts to hotel stay only. Don't have welcoming gesture, Especially the reception staff are not ready to help the guest. However, the amenities in the bathroom are properly provided, but there is no garbage bag to keep used brushes, waste paper, comb and kids diapers( Customer service for trash bags was requested and not provided)
