Property is located near Mall Road. In a busy area. Hotel service & restaurant service are not up to the mark. Staff was inexperienced and newly hired to cater to the holiday rush. Better options available in the same price bracket.

Royal orchid resort mussoorie not fulfilled basic amenities like sleepers in both washroom this is very basic thing in hotel stay whether it is budget hotel or categorized hotel. fan is very dirty.. Fan blades covers with the layer of dust , I have pic of dirty fan. when we go to sleep in bed, smells came from bedsheet and pillow covers. then I call to housekeeping and request to change the bedsheet.At last in restaurant today one medium stone came out in food of my mother and her teeths are da ...more

The hotel has lovely outdoor ambience and great views. Rooms are neat. The employees are very nice & helpful. Its quite close to the Mall Road. However, I feel that it is overpriced. The food could do with massive improvement in taste and serving.

This hotel is nice and warm with all facilities . Staffs are humble and service is very satisfactory. We recommend for family stay here . Apart from breakfast , they offer complementary water / kids food during the stay as well. Thanks .😊 Review & photos shared Thanks

It has been great experience in the ROFR. Nice property with great hospitality. Being just 800m from mall road it was easy to drove away to nearest destination. They have good gaming area for kids and SPA experience was awesome. The best is the Dehradun view from our Room. If you are planning a fun trip with family for ease off time with kids, its best place to stay. We will surely like to re visit it.
