Lots of construction work Going on. Not ready to host any guests. Noise of carpaiting & marble cutting early in the morning is annoying. We got room at second floor without lift. Have to take the old family members and small kids through working area and lots of dust. Intercom not working. No wifi. No hand-wash in bath room. No restaurant facilities at all. No sitting area as reception is also under construction. Room cleaning needs improvement too. Towels, water bottle, soap etc provided only after a lot of follow up. Owner should take booking only after the work is complete.

renovation works are going on..We booked it..At first the Reception guy gave us a filthy room with non functioning AC,then after complaining he gave us another room with dirty washroom..when we asked for cleaning ,they said we don't have staffs for cleaning right then.. Finally he gave us a good room with the newly renovated part of the hotel..all staffs including the attached restaurant staffs are too good & always ready to help, except the reception old guy with unprofessional attitude..he was ...more

tv was not working. in spite of requesting a lot of times they did not recharge the Tata sky facility. also milk powder and coffee sachets are not available with the hotel

It doesn't provide hotel as shown in the image ... treatment of food service is not at all good ... and the price of the food menu is quite high !!
