have stayed in this hotel previously and was booked in executive room, which was very comfortable except that hot running water is available only after 5.30 am for a couple of hours.
this time booked a deluxe air conditioned room and realised after entering the room that the wash room is at a much higher level, which in my opinion is unsafe specially if you are using it during your sleeping schedule and the timing of hot water remains the same, after 5.30 am .

Rooms were good and clean. Complainatry Breakfast Was good with Options.
But AC Stopped cooling at 3 am in night so that was the only negative point

the hotel is average, i have given nice since there are no option for average. the jet spray in the bathroom was not working, no hand wash in the bathroom, towels are not clean, no proper comforter.

The Hotel and staff were too good....I really appreciate it because the room is in very clean and hygienic condition.....also the food is delicious and sufficient i didn't expect .....over all its best hotel according to name ππ
