most arrogant and non welcoming staff ever witnessed they donβt have manners to talk with guests and additionally they donβt have remotes of ac so room ac will run on preset temperature whether it is too cold or not comfortable for you it doesnβt matters to them

Room was good check in was smooth all amenities were provided staff was also soft spoken .
I faced only one issue when I went for breakfast there was a full grown hair in the poori it was rolled with poori causing it blend with poori I took first bite of poori and it came into my mouth and my whole experience went down

Very pathetic hotel. Only the name is Royal rest everything is third class in the hotel. Choose to stay only if you have no other option.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Not the standard star rated hotel so you wont get basic facilities like kettle timely room cleaning welcome water bottle.
But if you want to stay in the middle of city then only go for this property
