I recently stayed in this hotel with my family and booked two luxury rooms. I would like to share my feedback about the experience.
**Positive Aspects:**
- The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable
- Excellent location on the highway, very convenient for travelers
- Outstanding staff service - your team is very proactive, quick to respond, and genuinely listens to guest queries, trying to resolve issues as quickly as possible

Today's afternoon I reached at this property and was very disappointed with the room quality. The room was poorly maintained, and there was a strong, unpleasant stinking smell that made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Cleanliness and hygiene standards were far below expectations.
Given this experience, I kindly request a full refund for my booking.
