Too worst experience,room boys are not proper working,carelessness with customers,rooms are not clean,washrooms maintenance are worst ,not proper working taps,geeser,no ventilation in washrooms and doors not working properly ,AC not working properly,no ventilation in rooms,totally fully closed,no free air from outside,three times room changed,overall bad experience, families are facing problems,and hotel atmosphere is also not good

"Terrible experience, ruined our trip!"
We had booked 3 rooms at Hotel Royal Plaza, Chandigarh through Goibibo for our family (7 adults & 1 infant) for 28-06-2025 to 30-06-2025, paying full advance. But when we reached the hotel late at night after traveling almost 250 km, they outright refused to give us the rooms, saying the rooms were sold to others at higher rates due to rush.

Very Bad Experience – Dirty Room and Rude Staff
When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, I went straight to the front desk. The person at the counter checked my booking and immediately told me that I had booked a Non-AC room, while my actual booking was for a Deluxe AC room. After some argument and rude behavior from the staff, they finally allotted me an AC room.
The room I was given (Room No. 202) was in a terrible condition.
