No parking place. Toilet position is so odd. Soroundibg area is extremely darty. Not recommended anyone.

Worst experience during stay. Room is not clean and no parking. Bedspread & Pillow covers are dirty and refused to change.

covid 19 is a hard time for hotels. but still, bedsheets, pillow covers and bathrooms must be neat. royal residency failed in these aspects.

At the time of booking it wasemtioned about free parking, free mineral water.. news paper etc. and once i reached there i found there is no designated parking for the hotel. Very pathetic sticky rooms and bathroom with leaky fittings. Also they havent even provided water or not even toiletries.

Average stay it was as the room size was not good. However it was well maintained & clean, TV in the room was working fine. Polite & helpful staffs. In terms of price on the higher side. Easy to locate & easy to reach.

The location of the property is easily approachable. They does not have their own food service. The room and the washroom was clean and the conduct of the staff was good. Overall my stay was good .
