It's not at all recommended for anyone, dirty rooms with lots of dust, hair, wall is full of dirt and soil, even no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes/ towels. Room built quality is good but not maintained. I strongly doubts they don't clean the rooms after the check out.

1) room full of dust even at bathroom
2)below bed full of wastes were not cleaned
3)warm water not available
4) room service not done, not even a drinking water provided
5) no near good hotels for food, only small thattukada which provide worst food
6)not in city.. difficult for travellers to reach
Not recommended for others, i have been travelling all kerala for long but never had a worst experience in life, with dust i had cough and asthma, i think we could find more better places in the city

The room is spacious, well maintained, safe, hygienic. The staffs are polite in nature. Near to ems hospital, hence it is easily accessible for hospital bystanders

Good neat and clean room about 2km from perintalmanna ksrtc washroom is clean and towel and soap is available in room

very bad experience initially they are not ready to provide the room because rooms are not vacant.Then allow me the room after a condition that I have to vacate next day morning 10Am.Horrible ,1st time iam facing these type of problem from a hotel.Staffs not at all bother about our situation.very bad very bad

The hospitality and the facilities in this property were competent. The location of the property also lies on the main road. Last but not the least I had a very comfortable stay in this property as the staff has provided a great room services.
