Overall experience was satisfactory, good clean rooms, they also assisted in keeping luggage after check out. Breakfast was also good, it's not a buffet but they serve it at room itself. Walking distance to old bus stand and also good option of shopping at nearby market

Not worth the money , rooms were not ready even when we came around evening time , they keep us waiting outside the room door and cleaning in a hurry. No adequate staffs available , just the name has royal stay , service or amenities are very poor. Ac was not working and No room service available , their ok ish complimentary breakfast was not ready even after 8.30am . Room size is also very small for the price we pay. Please Hire some staffs first and then open for bookings.

The stay wasn't comfortable. the hotel was in two parts at different locations. check in time was 12 pm. we reached at 5:30 pm but the room wasn't ready.. quoting reasons of full occupancy. we were made to shift to the second location thereafter. Room door locks were dysfunctional and we had to shift room in the second location also. overall a bad experience.

thers no restaurant in house, it's around 5 mins walkable from hotel location.. and parking is present in an empty site after two three buildings from the hotel.. improvement would be - plan more PPL for House keeping may be two gents and one ladies..tq

We stayed at Executive suite...Not worth the money.The staff are extremely courteous... Location is good.Newly built... Accessories are Jaquar...Water is v salty..The property has two properties in the same name...It's not v far from each other... Breakfast was good with a decent spread...We were served by Ms Sophia and another bro at the restaurant... It's people like them who make the stay warm ..V caring
