infrastructure is not so good we book premium room but they give us ordinary room in the prices of premium room curtains are damage TV is not working and balcony is not clean so we will give 2 out of 5

my experience was stupendous, well educated staff and cooperative also thru are very attentive welcome at reception was very smooth very affordable prices, thanks Royale Hills Team for making my stay comfortable

Worst experience. I booked deluxe room. But at the time of check-in. They are giving me standard room. And room were smelly. After some arguments. They shifted me to other hotel. The other hotel also have poor service. They gave me one room at around 3'o clock and another room around 7pm. The rooms were also not good.

Property badly needs renovation... Insects all over the room, on bed and in washroom as well... Stains over bedsheet... Pillow are extremely dirty.... Dusty room.... One thing good about the property is they have good staff.... Very prompt

The staff is very supportive The hotel is neat and clean I recommend the hotel to our friends cercal it's a nice property and easy location with tranportation

The room is in a good condition and the staff behaviour is very polite. Viresh Chauhan who is a staff is a very good behaviour person. You can also take guide for visiting nearby place.
