When I stayed in 4th floor it was very new room & interior but they shifted me to Suite room 2nd floor which was big rooms but bit old , my overall experience is good maintenance also fine

worst staff behavior, no proper maintenance, poor hygiene..will not suggest anyone to go that hotel (Royalton). kindly choose better one with good reviews .. thank you

the room we got was very old
room furnitures and toilet facilities were very old and rust
we ordered milk for our kid. we got a small piece of carrot from the milk
we informed them.they replaced milk.
but the container in which milk brought was not clean.it has tea stain
one plus point about the hotel is the breakfast and service of restaurant staff

worst experience rooms are under construction worst maintenance mosquitos ,dust,reception peoples behavior is not good,not clean rooms,worthless for that cost

This is the second time, i've stayed at royalton hotel and the promises these guys made during my first visit regarding room quality and fixing of Gym equipment doesn't full fill and even get more worse than earlier.
Guys hotel is in renovation stage.. they will provide standard rooms instead of premium one while they charged for premium one..
Not at all worth for the price range of 5000+
