the linen and the towels in the room were not clean. there were cockroaches roaming around in the room. also it took lot of time to check-in to the hotel. overall, bad experience. won't recommend the hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for a business trip and was quite satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Really impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff at rubyarena Check-in and check-out were seamless, and they were quick to respond to our requests.
The location was convenientājust a 5-minute drive to downtown and very close to the Medical college.

The room was good, centralised AC was functioning well and the air quality was quite good.
The housekeeping and maintenance need much improvement.
Rstaurant service is very slow.

room card lock was not working and wasted much time evenif i said the issue.
For a tea to room is 70rs!! bad service from restaurant. why this much cost??

Torn bathroom curtains with stains and fungus. Luxury is only in the name while the bathroom feels like a cheap lodge setup. Bedsheets with lints and AC remote with tapes sticking on to it because of issues and of course those temperature lowering buttons weren't working.
