stay was good and clean, but small issue was that i paid for extra bed and in the name of extra bed they gave me just a mattress and told me to spread it on floor and sleep, how can i sleep like that.!!

no any person to transfer laggage from car to room . not to provide matrix for 3rd person in a room. receptionist tell me if you want to matrix than you pay extra payment. I reached now tell him like towel and washing shop I am not satisfied

It is worst hotel in una city. They cancelled my booking at 11.30 at night without informing me and I had to find new hotel with my family and kids at midnight. They were extremely rude and impolite and had no care of customer
