it was a horrible experience to stay in ramaya hotel, they took approx 1 hour to send tea in my room... was just a wastage of money

Very bad service i can stay Friday to Monday morning but no one can clean the room and So many Rats are in the Rooms not satisfied with the service of the Hotel.
There rare soo many Rats in the Hotel One of the Rats bitten my Sister Legs soo badly.

Peaceful location and nice view,
good ambiance,
need and clean rooms and bathroom,
staff behavior was good,
they provide tasty food,
just 4 to 5 km mahakaal temple only reach 10 min to 15 min

The rooms of this boutique hotel are very comfortable and classy.
The color theme is very nice.
Ambience is wow,staff is courteous,breakfast served was just perfect.

the rooms were very small compared to the price paid. No kitchen facility in the hotel. The parking of the hotel is not available, one has to park outside. The cleanliness of the rooms were not up to the mark. There was no provision for opening windows in the rooms which created a lack of ventilation.

Rumaya is absolutely amazing, one of the best hotel in Ujjain.
Peaceful location and nicely connected through Indore Highway to city as well as to Indore itself
