The property is really good and you will get good hospitality. The staff are well behaved and helpful. The restaurant offers a variety of food from local traditional to continental. the Breakfast buffet is too good. we enjoyed our stay.

The stay at Rupal was very comfortable.We had booked an executive room. The room as well as the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to our needs especially Shilpa. They also facilitated an early check in. The food was good. However, the food standards could be improved. Overall, the stay was worth every penny spent.

A real gem in the small city of Jaisalmer. It's a well-known property, so local auto and taxi drivers know it. Location is great and close to anywhere you want to go. Staff is courteous, welcoming, and pleasant. Special thanks to Shilpa for taking care of us. Go early for the breakfast buffet to catch all options, and the view from the rooftop is great in the evening since the sun falls on the fort from behind you. Highly recommend the egg biryani on the menu!

Amazing staff with outstanding hospitality.....
The front desk staff Shilpa and his subordinate( old mid height guy with glasses) upgraded our room on request.
The restaurant and housekeeping staff are also incomparable as you will find here a mix of culture and Rajasthani hospitality fusion.
Infinity pool is cherry on the cake.
In short perfect for families with children.
