Poor room service and unhygienic environment poor cleanliness. Far away from ooty main not recommended. Pictures are different . There is no such mountain view. Rooms are dirty with no towels.

This hotel should not register under resort category. This property doesn't have even basic hotel facilities. Hotel doesn't have restaurant, you have to order food from outside. In my package free breakfast was include, i don't know from where they arranged that food (pics added). That food was pathetic and we didn't eat even single bit. Rooms was not hygienic. Room was smelly and bedsheets was not washed properly. In my package, wifi was included, but wifi was not available.

This property needs to an immediate renovation. The location & view is good but the property as become old and has not been managed well. Only 1 out of the 2 Geysers was working and even that stopped working abruptly on day 2. Agreed that I visited during the peak season but it was very expensive for the facilities provided.

1 pathetic food..they don't have any food cooking etc or kitchen they just order food from outside and you need tell them one hour before ..get cold food .
2.thete is no sign board for this hotel till you reached resort. they need to add. also location on Google maps is wrong.
3.for water keep asking you get a daam slow service
4.there are better options.
