jus a average hotel..with small room..n its in comercial premises.. not so great over all buffet option is very limited

Room has no windows. It's like confined space. No internet connecti provided, inspite repeatedly request. Since we late check in at 10.00pm, requested for late check out, was bluntly denied. No hot water in Bathroom in night during the winter season. Limited nos of staffs to serve. TV connection too was not working. Not recommended for leisure stay & family outing. It's only meant for corporate people to stay. Shall not come back in future.

Location: The location is good.Room Quality: The room was clean, but I found the price to be on the higher side for what was offered.Major Concern: My primary reason for this 1-star review is the cancellation experience. After booking and paying online, I realized immediately upon confirmation (Less than 5 mins) that due to the hotel's house rules, I wouldn't be allowed to check in with my friend. The rooms are excellent and clean. However the surroundings are confusing and not so clean. it is hard to get to the place.

Room is ok but, some congested room. food is only Punjabi thali only giving for who pre booked lunch/ dinner or equal to 250 rs. for each person giving food items from menu.

As it is seen in picture and by reading the name Sadbhav villa.... We thought that it will be in an open space and rooms will be spacious but, the original position is not like that. Check in and check out times needs to be modified. Rooms won't have ventilation facility. Over all it is very *average* .I didn't like to take photo of that by seeing itIt is not worthy to take a photograph of it
