i would like to share an experience i had during my stay at hotel safffron porbandar. when i arrived at the hotel, the receptionist first asked me, “how much did you pay for the booking?” – which felt unprofessional. once they realized that i had made the booking through goibibo, despite having booked a deluxe room, they gave me a local/basic room instead. when i complained, they told me, “this is the room that comes with this booking.” later, the hotel owner called me, and after i explained e ...more

I would like to share an experience I had during my stay at hotel safffron Porbandar. I booked the Deluxe category room as per the pictures but I got a small room without ventilation, a horrible experience not recommended at all. Please check rooms before booking

tv was not working properly there was no proper system though the owner was good and friendly he tried to help us but one can stay only for one day

1. When we arrived hotel, electric supply went away & there was no arrangement of power backup.Suggest to improve if possible as in such situation it was very difficult to stay there.
