What a beautiful property and equally welcoming host. Had the best time with the best views. The property is perched on top of a hill giving true 270-degree views, not just another name tag. It has been done beautifully inside-out, with touches from Bali here and there.
Plus Mangesh, the caretaker made our stay so sweet and pleasant. He provided us with the most delicious food and even went out of the way to provide us with fresh catch (prawns).

Very awesome location and view, on top of a hill and by the side of the wide Arabian Sea on almost 3 sides. Don’t expect that one will have direct access to any beach. Nice home cooked Malvani / Konkani food, thanks to Chef Mangesh. Don’t book all meals in advance. Not worth as you will be served only chicken for Rs. 1600 per day. For any other meat or fish, one has to pay extra at site. But food is pricey and not value for money. No network expect for Idea / Vodafone.

Amazing property with brilliant views. As the name suggests, u get a 270° view of the sea. The upkeep of the property is really good. If u are looking to take a total break then this is ur place.
On the downside, the place is a long drive from Bombay. While the stay is excellent, the property doesn't have any extra curricular activities and the food is overpriced
