Location is amazing. Not clean, no amenities. It's old property. No service at all. Sea view is beautiful.

very bad rooms (Red big ants all over the room) and and service both. not pest controlled rooms. suggest all to do not book this resort. Hotel staff not listen our orders.

Too bad service, there was no bell for room service, intercom is not working, owners are living in Mumbai, they don't need business, they don't answer if you call, it is a ghost bungalow, no tv, no ac, no drinking water when you go there, Soap, towels, they didn't give, they had to order, every time if you want something , u have to come out from your room and go to office and ask for it, it's not safe for the family, only the fan runs on the inverter, the lights in the room don't work, and no security guard there,

Nice location ,feel of the waves from the balcony or at rooms is awesome feeling, very soothing. over all a good property,but not yet 100% unlocked, regarding amenities and food .
