A simple budget resort type cottage for quick stay. A slightly old place and not for the luxury seekers..Very convenient place to access the beach as it is just on the other side of the road...you can see the beach from the rooms.The owner is very good and gives you alot of tips and guidance,very polite person. there is one hotel adjacent to the place for your evening food.You have a choice for AC room as well in this cottage.If you don't expect too many facilities, you will have a nice stay at this place.

Property is worst, room is having lot of cobwebs, not cleaned. rain water is entering the room. No one was available at the place to receive. Do not recommend this property to any one. I had to cancel my stay and go back to Kumta to find a different hotel

unfortuantely i don't have any pics but i could tell how exactly the property wasthere were insects, cockroaches, flies and masquetos toilet was not clean no hot watercot and matress was not washed it was stinky pillows do not have covers stinky blankets

Superb location cause it faces the seaside. The facilities are basic and are ideal for youngsters and backpackers. Families can enjoy the place provided they are not too picky. The host is very gracious and super friendly. We had left our mobile behind but fortunately, he sent it back through another guest from Bangalore. Very safe and secure surroundings. It is very basic accommodation 50 Km away from Udupi. Only one hotel is near by other wise you have to go at least 6 Km. Very near to Ocean and NH to Goa.
