Hearing Sahana Castles reputation, self booked for night stay. But my experience at the hotel was not good. (1) Very slow process while check in (They took more than an hour). (2) Room allotted was not in a cleaned way (Foul smell when entered, bed covers were not changed; after my tension, another room was allotted). (3) Already booked for extra bed; but after my continuous requests only a simple Foam bed was laid on the floor. When questioned for a cot (atleast a folding cot), authorities deni ...more

Not worth for money at all.

I entered this hotel with a huge skepticism but turned out to be very happy with my decision. The people were warm and accommodating and the place had a great dining experience, very polite and helpful staff, and minimal paperwork. I will definitely prefer to stay here than anywhere else. Area of improvement is the cleanliness of common areas, like the stairs, lifts, and restaurant lobby.
