hotel is in a very accessible place. very near to ankola bus stand by walk. service is ok. hot water available before 8.30am. just check prices once before booking directly. overall a good hotel. the old man giving room service is very good.no parking issue either.

this is the worst ever room I stayed in, there was no ventilation in the room, no window bathroom was small n broken receptionist was not so friendly as well. I booked the hotel to stay with the family and when I arrived at the hotel they said there are no rooms available and they also provided a room to a family with high cost in front of me.

very incompetent staff. made us wait for more than ४५ minutes to give room keys. quarreled amongst themselves.
refused to give extra bed. gave when paid in cash
the road in front of the hotel is the filthiest road I have ever seen

overall average experience, dont visit on saturdays as you might not be able to reach the property premises by your vehicle as the entire access road is blocked for saturday market. i had to park my car half a kilometer away and walk to the hotel.
