The room was not clean. The washroom was also very dirty. Food quality was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It's the worst experience I ever had,the room was very dirty,unclean,bed sheets were stained ,foul smelling,towels were torn,both bed sheets and towels giving white fibres to clothes.Room service was very bad,no proper cleaning of come-out in spite of requesting.Didn't provide complementary breakfast even on a single day.Even worse was that there was no proper hot water provision in these freezing winter days.Overall it was a nightmare for me.This hotel is not at all suitable for those who want a quality stay.

Room was not clean. There was no doormat in our room and washroom was very filthy. There was no cleanliness in their canteen area also. Food was not good at all despite being so expensive. We tried calling them before our check-in time to make sure the washroom was clean but they didn't answer the call also.

Having the worst and unhygienic experience i have ever faced. The hotel and the hotel staff is soo weird. This our room after changing Multiple room as this room is the clean one. All towel and pillow cover are torned and have multiple stains also the bedsheet having strain it feel soo unhygienic and the pillow as well bedsheet are smelling soo bad. Hotel Location and rooms are Good.
Hotel Location is Perfect.
Hotel's Room are is Clean and Clear.
Staff Behaviour is Polite and supportive.
But
Bathroom Maintenance is week, Service is little slow.
Overall is a not bad stay..
