Hotel was not clean. I can see cockroaches in the bed. it is not at all suitable for families.

worse Room, Room with unpleasant smell even though after spraying room freshner, Room curtains were full of long-standing dust, small small cockroaches, walls are with fungus & just removed fungus. Worse experience. Felt embraced before family for booking this room. Sorry to say. I recommend no one

the room was ok. but parking facility is not available from hotel...2 km long from Calangute beach...

good stay with decent facilities if you are roaming in around goa and need a decent stay to take nap or rest and shower this is good option. ac geyser drinking water is present room service is done when asked to them overall a decent one near to decathlon only two small concerns ac temperature was sometimes on same temperature towels and bedsheets haven't been changed over 6 days( as we have stayed for 6 days)

good stay with decent facilities (AC, water, room cleaning service)seating chairs are providedbut sometimes the ac works in one temperature.hot water is present ( a decent small geyser)towels and bedsheets are provided but are not changed everyday (we stayed over 6 days) so expected they would change the towels and bedsheets atleast 3 days onceoverall a good decent stay with decent facilities, if you are roaming goa all day and just need a shower and a rest at good decent basic price you can book this hotel. we went as a group of friends.

it's a simple property. We were been provided room at top floor and there is no lift assistance. Location is good but room ambience was very smelling. It's a budget class property. Can be seen as last option in Goa
